- A mobile number and ID verification may be required to verify your account.
3190 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account created with false information and to withhold the associated balance.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
When using 3190, users must comply with the following rules:
- Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or play games is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to access another user's account or personal information is strictly prohibited.
- Money laundering or conducting any illegal activity through the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Spreading misleading information or engaging in any activity that damages the platform's reputation is strictly prohibited.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, and legal action may be taken where applicable.
Payments, Transactions & Balance Policy
All transactions on 3190 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

- Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
- Bonus balance can only be withdrawn after meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

The return of any legitimately earned balance will be assessed based on the circumstances of each case.
Users who wish to close their account can contact our support team. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before proceeding with account closure.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Provisions
All content on the 3190 platform — including logos, designs, game content, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is protected under intellectual property law. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes beyond personal use is strictly prohibited.
